It is important to do this part of meal planning while you are hungry! By picking our meals while we are hungry we are more open to trying new and healthier options instead of turning to quick fix food or fast food restaurants. After we have picked the new recipes we have agreed to try, we decide on which old standards we would like to cook for the month. Finally we make a shopping list and budget out what meals we will have on which days based on how much the ingredients for the meals will cost and compare it to prices from our <a title="Medifast Coupons for March 2013" href="http://savingsdiet.com/medifast-coupons/">Medifast Coupons</a> to see if pre-planned meals might be cheaper. During this process we also go ahead and make sure that our ingredients are just enough for portions for the two of us.
